New Patient Information
Welcome to our practice!
We are dedicated to providing our patients with
the best possible care.
Our physicians are trained board certified
Gastroenterologists. A Gastroenterologist is a
physician specialist trained in the study of the
physiology and pathology of the stomach,
intestines, esophagus, liver, gallbladder and
pancreas.
A Gastroenterologist is specifically trained to
manage your GI tract.
About our physicians:
We have three Gastroenterologists in our practice.
Peter Walsh, D.O.
He has been practicing in the Grand Junction area
since 1991. He attended medical school at Michigan
State University, and GI specialty training at
Botsford General Hospital, Michigan.
Steven Seagren, M.D.
He has been practicing in the Grand Junction area
since 1995 He attended medical school at Loyola
Stritch School of Medicine, Maywood, Ill., and GI
specialty training at University of Nebraska Medical
Center.
Brent Prosser, M.D.
He has recently joined our practice. He attended
medical school at University of Colorado Health
Sciences Center, Denver, CO, and GI specialty
training at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center,
Baltimore, MD.
About our Facility
Our Facility is located at 1035 Wellington
Avenue in Grand Junction, CO. We opened in
November, 2004.
The physician offices and procedure center are
located within the same building. Our goal is
to create a friendly, comfortable environment
with health care providers specifically trained
for your health care needs.
Facility hours of operation
Monday through Friday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We are closed weekends and holidays.

Payment is due at the time of your
appointment.
If you have questions regarding your insurance,
please call your insurance company for
the most accurate information.
If you have questions or concerns regarding
financial arrangements, please call the
Billing/Finance number above.
For Your Convenience
Please bring the following with you to your
appointment:
- Your completed patient information sheet
- Your Insurance card
- A picture I.D.
- Any lab tests, medical records, or x-rays
pertinent to the reason for your appointment.

Our office policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment,
please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a
change concerning your appointment and reserve the
right to charge a fee for missed appointments.
It is our policy, that
after multiple missed (no-show) appointments, we will schedule you
one last time. Unfortunately, if you miss the third appointment,
you may be discharged from our practice.
