Dr. Crafton has been helping patients with digestive and liver disease since 1997. After graduating from medical school at the University of Tennessee, he finished Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Alabama. His Gastroenterology Fellowship was completed at the University of Arkansas. After 11 years of private practice in Oxford Mississippi, Dr. Crafton and his family relocated to Grand Junction in 2008. He is a member of the Mesa County Medical Association, the Colorado Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterologic Association, the American College of Gastroenterology and the Mesa County Independent Physicians Association. Dr. Crafton enjoys all areas of gastroenterology and hepatology. He particularly enjoys working with local physicians through efficient communication. When hospitalization is unavoidable, he is on staff at St. Mary’s Hospital and Community Hospital.
